Mixing:

On-Scalp: Mix 1:1-1/2 or 2 parts 10 or 20 volume developer

Off-Scalp: Mix 1:1-1/2 or 2 parts 10, 20, 30 or 40 volume developer

Process for up to 50 minutes checking frequently until desired lift is achieved. (NO HEAT)
