A multi-use, clarifying formula that can be used with water or Wella ColorCharm Color Remover Activator. Use with water to purify hair by removing environmental impurities that cause damage or with Activator to gently cleanse oxidative color and prep hair for new shades.

Mix in a bottle or in a non-metal bowl a ratio of one 0.3oz (9g) sachet of Color Remover powder with 3oz (90ml) of Color Remover Activator or water (1:10) and stir well. Apply to dry hair, start at the darkest areas, and develop for 30-45 minutes depending on the desired removal of color. Rinse it out completely with water and thoroughly dry hair before applying desired color.
