What is it?

Hydrogen peroxide is available in different volumes. Here's an example of what 20 volume means: In a given amount of water, there are 20 times the normal amount of oxygen: this is what makes the peroxide 20 volume.

How does the volume, or percentage of hydrogen peroxide, influence the colouring process?

A simple example:

Like gasoline is fuel for a car, developer is fuel for the coloring process. The higher the octane rating of the gasoline the better the car runs. Similarly, the higher the volume of developer that is used with the color, the stronger the capability of clarification.

At least a 50% chance of having success with dye formulations are attributed to the type, quantity and volume of developer. Tahe developers are created with one purpose: to help Tahe color reach their full potential.
